TheLoHiList.com is a paid classified advertising site. Our idea is simple. You advertise a job you have available for as long as you need to fill that job and then you stop advertising. There is no minimum number of days you must run your classified. It can be posted for 1 day or 60. It is up to you. If you post a job description for 5 days and do not find a good fit, extend your post for another day.

We want everyone looking for a job on TheLoHiList to know that our jobs are real opportunities. Unlike some other sites that arbitrarily run job posts for 30 and 60 days, with no regard for whether or not the job is filled, ThLoHiList encourages businesses to advertise for just the number of days they think they need. This way there are not an endless number of positions being advertised, most of which have likely been filled.

We offer active job opportunities and attract strong applicants. You cannot send your resume to 1,000 employers from our site. And you don’t receive a 1,000 unfocused applications from our site. There are a finite number of jobs out there and certain number of qualified candidates. And this is the place for you to find each other.
